We greatly enjoyed our stay at your Golf Colony Resort at Deerfield condo July 15-22. The condo was even nicer than we had imagined and were very pleased with it. Our first reaction upon opening the door was "wow." The quiet peacefulness of the resort and the condo's decor made it truly seem like a home away from home, and we appreciated having floats for the pool left for us on the porch. In previous years we have stayed in condos that were more expensive and less homelike than yours, so the condition of your condo and its tidiness amazed us. Thank you again for making our vacation memorable. We have enclosed the key to the condo and hope to rent from you once again next summer.

Thanks so much for the use of the condo. You were right, it had all the comforts of home. This is the first time we haven't stayed on the ocean front, but it was great. Not only was it 5 minutes from the beach, but it was close to all the places we enjoy going to while at the beach.
I would highly recommend your rental to anyone who wants a quiet, peaceful vacation.

Thanks very much, your place was great! First two days were lovely and spent time in the afternoon by the pool. Rain was very heavy on Thursday so we actually left a day early to drive to West Virginia, away from the rain and part way home. Will put the key in the mail on Monday and have pictures that I will show our friends.

I want to let you know that we had a wonderful time on vacation this year. Your condo was very inviting and cozy. Everything we needed was provided. We loved the convenience and location of the condo to the pool. We visited Ripley's Aquarium, NASCAR Cafe and Speed Park, Broadway at the Beach and Surfside Beach. After going all day it was really nice to feel like you were coming home to relax. That is how we felt at your home. Thank you so much and we will keep your number available for future use.

We had a great time in Surfside Beach. Very nice spot! Your restaurant recommendations were also right on. We ate at River City Cafe and Bubba's Fish Shack. Casual with a view of the ocean. Perfect!

I really enjoyed the condo. Two friends and I stayed in it for "Senior Week" in June. I was surprised at how huge it was. It could have held almost eight people comfortably. It was very well decorated and we had all the amenities that we needed - refrigerator, blender, microwave, toaster, washer, dryer, etc. We really loved the fact that it had two showers. Everything was wonderful about the condo. The pool was right outside our back door, the neighborhood was quiet and the location was great.
There was a Walmart, gas station, and numerous fast food restaurants right down the road. Two things were really great for us - the distance from the commotion in Myrtle Beach and the price. All week we heard stories of friends getting into trouble for noise, fights and bad behavior. Where we were there wasn't all that attention. The big "parties" were in Myrtle Beach so we didn't have to worry about getting pulled into a problem. Also we loved the price. One group of our friends paid more than twice as much as we did for a week, only to end up with a one room two bed mess for five people. The only room that we saw that even compared to ours at Myrtle Beach was in the Atlantis, which was about the same size, but the people staying there told us they had paid $2150.00 for the week! That's outrageous considering we only paid $725.00. Overall we really enjoyed the condo and next time we come to the beach we plan on staying again. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations, service and price!

The directions to your condo were perfect. The maps and brochures you provided us were very helpful. We had great weather and really enjoyed our vacation and your condo very much. Everything was as you had promised, quiet, clean and your location is very centrally located to the beach, shopping and all attractions. The kids loved the pool being so close and the grilling area was very convenient.
